Believe me right now, when I tell you I’ve never stayed in a cooler Air BnB. Spencer was very helpful, and the place was clean and in the coolest location.
This is an incredible place. The location is totally unique and wonderful. We had an amazing time. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked with everything you need.
We had an amazing stay at the Escalante Cliff House! The home itself is beautiful and well appointed and the property is unparalled. Our family of 5 (3 kids-11yrs, 9yrs, & 6 yrs) spent an entire day just exploring the property. We especially enjoyed the waterfall, climbing the rocks, and watching the horses and cattle. The town of Escalante is friendly and offered everything we needed for food and other necessities. There are also several trailheads near by and Bryce Canyon is a quick car ride away. This place is absolutely worth the visit!
This is a unique stay. Luxury accommodation in very natural setting. Living on the cliff and around large boulders on the bottom of the secondary canyon is just breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable and the house is well equipment with everything you need. Explore right from the front steps of your house. Suitable to off-road vehicle to get up to the house is recommended, SUV or similar. Nearby town is wonderful and has everything you will need. Close to Bryce and other parks nearby.
This place is outstanding! The house is a beautiful work of art and it is in a spectacular location. It is one of the best houses I’ve ever rented for a vacation. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. One of my favorite parts of being there was getting up early and having my coffee while the sun rose. The upstairs deck is really special for mornings and star gazing at night. Spencer and his brother were responsive and available. I would stay in this house again and again. There is so much to explore in this part of Grand Staircase Escalante. My favorite day trip was driving out Burr Trail Road in Boulder. We hiked in Capital Reef National Park which was incredible.
The Kiva Cliff House is absolutely beautiful. Location provides easy access to hiking and a small town for just the necessities. Large and spacious entertaining area/kitchen. Favorite part was the secluded property where guests can enjoy untouched land for off the beaten path views. There are petroglyphs on the property as well that are about a 5 minute walk from the house. Groceries in town are limited, but basics are available. A wonderful escape.
We stayed at the Kiva Cliff House over the Memorial day Weekend and we were absolutely blown away by the house and surrounding property. At first I was a little skeptical about staying on the outskirts of town but that quickly washed away when I drove up the property. In the Kiva Cliff house you are surrounded by scapes and views for days. Even after long days of hiking in Escalante we spent time exploring the area around the house there was a waterfall and Native american petroglyphs. The house itself had all the amenities you could ask for from comfy beds to shampoo and conditioner in the showers. 10/10 would stay here again.
